Michaela has been working in dentistry since 2009. She gained her diploma in Dental Nursing in 2012 and joined the Town Hall Dental team in 2014. Since then, she has completed Sedation and Implantology Training and is currently working towards her NEBDN radiology Course.

An incredibly dedicated member of the Town Hall family over the years, Michaela is now a patient care coordinator and patient relationship manager, as well as a trustee of the Town Hall Foundation. She is also part of the management team, where she assists Rachel in managerial duties and oversees the front desk as Reception Lead.

In her positions as a patient care coordinator and patient relationship manager, Michaela has always shown a great enthusiasm and willingness to help with both our patients, and our team members. Family values are at the heart of our business, running through everything we do, and Michaela exemplifies this. To her, ensuring that the morale of our team is high, and everyone enjoys their work environment is an essential component of providing high-quality care. She has a great passion for the work she does at Town Hall Dental and is dedicated to being a part of the Town Hall Dental community for years to come.

Another mark of Michaela’s dedication is her position on the on-call team at Town Hall Dental, a role for which she volunteered. She provides services to patients in need of treatment out-of-hours.

Her efforts at Town Hall Dental have resulted in her being awarded Dental Nurse of The Year UK in 2019.

Outside of work, Michaela enjoys spending time with her mum Rachel, and her friends and family. She also has a passion for CSR and regularly volunteers for our charity.
